Citation:

A memorandum from the Standing Committee of General Synod along with the draft legislation referred to Diocesan Synods for response by 30 November 1991. This draft legislation allowed for the ordination of women throughout the Church of England except where a diocesan bishop has made a declaration regarding ordinations within the diocese. A draft Code of Practice accompanies the draft legislation for information purposes.
