This document was finalized following the ARC-USA meeting in January 2000. The document was given to Cardinal Edward Cassidy and Monsignor Timpthy Galligan of the PCPCU in May during the Mississauga meeting of Anglican and Roman Catholic bishops, however it was not possible to include this in the discussion at Mississauga.
