Msgr. Philippe Charles Delhaye (1912-)

Professor in the theological faculties of Lille and of Louvain, member of l’Académie royale des Sciences et Lettres de Belgique. He is an expert on the Second Vatican Council. Secretary General of the International Theological Commission (Rome), 1972-1989.
