An undated report by Rev. Christopher Hill, which summarizes the work of ARCIC on the topic of Church and Authority. This report was clearly written after the Standing Committee meeting at Hengrave Hall in late June of 1976 and before the Plenary Commission meeting in Venice in late August.

Page 13 contains a helfpul appendix identifying the source of each paragraph of the Hengrave draft.
