A report from the IASCER meeting in Kyoto, Japan in 2008, presented to the ACC-14 meeting in Kingston, Jamaica in 2009. The report covers the full span of this Commission’s work from its formation following the 1998 Lambeth Conference until its replacement by the new IASCUFO in 2008.
