Note on the visit of Bishop Howe to Counsellors on Foreign Relations

Notes written by Christopher Hill following a meeting with Bishop John Howe, secretary general of the Anglican Communion. Bishop Howe visited Rome for an audience with Pope Paul VI. Upon return to London, he visited Lambeth Palace to visit the Archbishop and to brief the Archbishop’s staff.
